How do I organize my documents?


You can create folders to organize your documents within your SelfieSign account.

Step 1: Go to Manage Documents view and click + besides the left Folder Panel
Step 2: Enter a name for the new folder and click SUBMIT
Step 3: Select the documents you want to move to a folder, and click the MOVE button
Step 4: Select a folder, and click OK  




How do I search my documents?


For now, you can search your documents by entering a signer’s name in the upper-right Search field. In the future, you will be able to search documents by simply entering the document name.  




Where can I see the status of my documents?


In the Manage Documents view, you can view the status of your documents by selecting Unsigned, Signed, Signed, Unsigned and Voided in the top Filter bar.
More status options such as Waiting, Rejected and Deleted will be added in the future.
 




How do I rename a document?


This feature is not available. Once you sent a document, it is meant to be signed as it is and thus cannot be edited.
You can void the document and resend it if mistakes are found.
 




How do I delete a document?


Step 1: In the Manage Documents view, find the document you want to delete, and click the arrow beside the VIEW button. Step 2: Select ”Void Document” from the dropdown list
Step 3: Click the VOID button to delete the document.
Note: You may need signers’ approval first before deleting the document if they’ve already signed.  




How do I finish signing a document previously sent to me?


In the Manage Documents view, you can filter by Unsigned to see all of the documents that haven’t been signed.     Then, you can click VIEW of each unsigned document to finish signing.     If you don’t have a SelfieSign account, you need to go to your inbox to find the document, or ask the sender to resend it.  




How do I search for documents with the same signer?


Step 1: In Manage Documents view, go to the “Please Enter Name” search field     Step 2: Type the signer’s name, and click Search     You will then see a list of all documents that have the same signer.  




Where can I find a document’s activity log?


The activity log of a document is a record of when the document was sent, who signed it and where it was signed.

Step 1: In the Manage Documents view, click VIEW of the document
Step 2: In the left sidebar, click History to view more details Tip: You can click the signature to watch the recorded video of the signing process.

Step 3: Expand each item in the left panel to view its details  




Are my documents synced across the SelfieSign web and mobile apps?


Yes, your documents are synced across all apps. For example, the documents you sent on a PC browser, are immediately available in the Manage Documents view of the SelfieSign app on your iPhone.  




Can I choose when to remind the signers of a document?


Currently, you need to manually notify the next signer of each document.
This feature may be enhanced for you to set specific dates and time to remind those who haven’t signed.
 




Will I be notified when a signer signs the document?


When all of the signers have signed the document, you will be notified via e-mail with a final signed PDF file attached.  




How do I create a template in SelfieSign


You can set up a template to quickly send documents. There is no need to add the same recipients and fields every time.
 
Step 1: In the Home view, click Create Templates
    Step 2: Click Open File or drag and drop it from your local computer    
Step 3: Enter the e-mail address of those who need to sign your document or provide information     Step 4: For each recipient, add fields to your document via drag and drop   Step 5: Keep the default template name or change it, and click SAVE AND CLOSE     Your template is saved and now ready to use.  
You can always go to Manage Templates view to edit your templates, such as changing the recipients or adding more fields to be filled i  




How do I manage my templates?


You can edit your existing templates, such as changing their recipients and fields, and categorize them into different folders. Edit existing template

Step 1: Go to Manage Templates view Step 2: Click EDIT of the document you want to modify.
Step 3: Click Setting Done in the top once you’re done editing

我要如何搜尋我的文件?


您目前可透過輸入簽署人的名字,來搜尋該簽署人所需要簽署的所有文件。
我們將在未來優化此項功能,讓使用者能透過輸入文件名稱來搜尋相關文件。
   




我可以在哪裡看到我文件的狀態?


在「管理文件」頁面,您可透過選取"未簽名"、"已簽名"、"未簽名與已簽名"及"作廢文件"來瀏覽您文件的簽署狀態。
我們會在未來增加更多狀態選項,譬如"等待中"、"拒簽"及"已刪除"。
   




我要如何重新命名我的文件?


您無法修改您的文件名稱。一旦您寄出文件,簽署人應按該文件的原樣進行簽署,因此該文件不可被編輯。
若您發現文件有錯誤,可作廢該文件並重新寄送。
   




我要如何刪除文件?


步驟1:在「管理文件」頁面,找到您想要作廢(刪除)的文件
 
  步驟2:點選該文件"檢視"按鈕旁的箭頭,並選取"作廢文件"
    步驟3:點選"作廢"按鈕     備註:若該文件已簽署,您需要先取得簽署人的同意才可作廢該文件。      




我要如何簽署之前寄給我的文件?


在「管理文件」頁面,您可透過篩選"未簽署"狀態,瀏覽所有尚未簽署的文件。     接下來,您可點選每份未簽署文件的"檢視"按鈕來完成簽署。
    若您尚未註冊SelfieSign,您需要進去您的信箱,搜尋這些文件,或請寄件人重寄給您。    




我要如何搜尋某簽署人要簽的所有文件?


步驟1:在「管理文件」頁面,點選"請輸入姓名"的空白欄位
 
  步驟2:輸入簽署人的姓名後,點選"查詢"
    您會看到該簽署人所需要簽署的全部文件。    




我在哪可以查看每份文件的歷史操作紀錄?


每份文件皆會有一份操作歷史紀錄,該紀錄包含了文件的寄送時間、由誰簽署的,以及簽屬的地點位置。
 
步驟1:在「管理文件」頁面,點選文件的"檢視"按鈕
 
  步驟2:在左側的目錄,點選"簽署歷程"
    您可在左側展開任一項目,查看更多詳細資訊,也可在右側的文件上,點選任一簽名,觀看該簽名的簽署過程。        




我的文件會在SelfieSign網路跟手機應用程式同步嗎?


您的文件會在SelfieSign的所有應用程式自動同步。
例如,您在電腦瀏覽器上寄出的文件,會立即出現在您iPhone上的SelfieSign應用程式的「管理文件」裡。
   




我可以選擇什麼時候提醒簽署人簽名嗎?


您目前需要手動通知每一份文件的下一位簽署人。
我們之後會改善這項功能,讓您可以設置特定的日期跟時間,通知尚未簽署的人。
   




當收件人簽署文件時,我會收到通知嗎?


當所有簽署人已簽名文件,您將會收到電子郵件的通知,且收到最終簽署完的文件PDF檔案。    




我要如何在SelfieSign建立範本?


您可建立文件範本來加快文件寄送,節省每次新增相同收件人與欄位的時間。
 
步驟1:在「主畫面」頁面,點選"建立範本"
 
  步驟2:點選"選擇檔案"上傳您電腦的文件,或是直接拖曳該文件檔案。
    步驟3:輸入您收件人的電子郵件
    步驟4:點選每位收件人,新增該收件人需要填寫的欄位至文件,並點選上方的"設定完成"
    步驟5:保留或更改預設的範本名稱後,點擊"儲存並關閉"
    您已成功建立一個文件範本,可隨時點進「管理範本」頁面編輯該範本,譬如更改收件人及新增更多欄位等。      




我要如何管理我的範本?


您可編輯您現有的範本,例如修改它們的收件人與欄位,以及將它們移至不同的資料夾。
